What's the deal with "Prosecco"?
Our events are all about spark(l)ing conversations for sustainable futures.
Prosecco is sparkling. It's often enjoyed in situations where people are open to having conversations.
In reality, we are drink-agnostic! Our interest is to get people thinking and talking, and to encourage individual and community action to help us build better futures. Our tailored events occasionally, but not always, include Prosecco.

People. Planet. Prosecco. is a space for people to come together, meet new faces, and hear fresh ideas and perspectives about climate, sustainability and local initiatives—all in a relaxed and friendly setting. It’s about normalising conversations around sustainability and climate action, because tackling big challenges starts with simply talking about them.
At People. Planet. Prosecco. events, we step out of our bubbles and echo chambers to connect with others, share ideas, and maybe even spark some inspiration for positive change. Together, we’re creating the kind of open dialogue that helps us learn, grow, and build hopeful, sustainable futures.

How long do events last?
Our standard People, Planet, Prosecco conversation event runs for two hours, but we can adjust the length to fit your schedule.

From exploring the 17 SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) to tackling local challenges, exploring Sustainable Decision Making & Leadership using a world-class simulation to interactive climate and circular economy, to focusing attention on business or organisational themes, or brainstorming innovative solutions, we’ll tailor the event to align with your priorities.
How many people can attend?
Our flexible format works for groups as small as 10 or as large as 100.
For larger groups and complex workshop formats, we have multiple facilitators and clearly structured activities in pairs, small groups and in plenary to make sure that everyone has a chance to participate.
Do you provide everything needed for the event?
We handle the event design, facilitation, and any presentation materials. You provide the venue and any refreshments (though we’re happy to help with recommendations).
For virtual events, we’ll coordinate the digital setup.
If you need more or less help, that’s not a problem at all – we’re interested in open communication, and together we will work it out.

Who is the team behind People. Planet. Prosecco.?
People. Planet. Prosecco. was started by Suzanne Whitby, a professional facilitator, futurer, communicator, storyteller and entrepreneur interested in co-creating hopeful, sustainable futures.
She works with a small team of inspired and inspiring facilitators, workshop designers, creatives and others across Europe to create tailored experiences and impactful events that encourage change.
